鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery in Patients with Chronic Sinusitis

目的探究慢性鼻窦炎患者应用鼻内镜手术治疗的临床效果。方法采用随机数表法将医院2018年9月—2020年9月收治的100例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为两组,各50例,分别为常规西药治疗的对照组与鼻内镜手术治疗观察组,观察两组治疗结果。结果观察组治疗有效率为98.00%(49/50),高于对照组78.00%(39/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.470,P=0.002);观察组复发率为2.00%(1/50),低于对照组24.00%(12/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.698,P=0.001);观察组并发症发生率为6.00%(3/50),低于对照组20.00%(10/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.332,P=0.037)。结论针对慢性鼻窦炎患者采取鼻内镜手术治疗可取得良好效果,其复发率低,并发症少,疗效确切。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods 100 patients admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases patients with chronic sinusitis in each group,which were the control group treated with conventional western medicine and the observation group treated with nasal endoscopic surgery.Observed the treatment results of the two groups Results The effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%(49/50),which was higher than 78.00%(39/50)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.470,P=0.002).The recurrence rate of observation group was 2.00%(1/50),which was lower than 24.00%(12/50)of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.698,P=0.001).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.00%(3/50),which was lower than 20.00%(10/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.332,P=0.037).Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery for patients with chronic sinusitis can achieve good results,with low recurrence rate,fewer complications and definite curative effect.
