比较微创脊柱创伤手术与传统开放手术治疗脊柱创伤患者的效果

Comparison of the Effects of Minimally Invasive Spinal Trauma Surgery and Traditional Open Surgery for Patients with Spinal Trauma

目的分析微创脊柱创伤手术与传统开放手术治疗脊柱创伤患者的效果。方法选择2016年1月—2020年10月在该院接受治疗的脊柱创伤患者当中抽选76例作为该次研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各38例,分别实施传统开放手术治疗和微创脊柱创伤手术治疗。比较两组的相关指标情况。结果观察组患者VAS评分(4.05±0.28)分、J0A评分(23.31±1.76)分、ODI评分(21.19±1.39)分,均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=22.828、8.881、13.737,P<0.05);观察组患者CRP(4.02±0.35)mg/L、TNF-α(10.52±0.39)ng/L、IL-6(8.96±0.74)pg/mL均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=70.552、28.536、15.303,P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率为5.26%,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.208,P<0.05)。结论微创脊柱创伤手术治疗脊柱创伤的临床疗效显著,且安全性高。

Objective To analyze the effects of minimally invasive spinal trauma surgery and traditional open surgery in the treatment of patients with spinal trauma.Methods Among the patients with spinal trauma treated in this hospital,76 cases were selected as the research objects.The above-mentioned patients were received from January 2016 to October 2020 and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 38 cases in each.Perform traditional open surgery and minimally invasive spinal trauma surgery.Compare the relevant indicators of the two groups.Results The observation group had VAS score(4.05±0.28)points,J0A score(23.31±1.76)points,ODI score(21.19±1.39)points,which were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=22.828,8.881,13.737,P<0.05);CRP(4.02±0.35)mg/L,TNF-α(10.52±0.39)ng/L,IL-6(8.96±0.74)pg/mL in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=70.552,28.536,15.303,P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.26%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.208,P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive spinal trauma surgery has significant clinical efficacy and high safety in treating spinal trauma.
