银翘散合麻杏石甘汤加减治疗小儿风热闭肺型肺炎喘嗽的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Yinqiao Powder Combined with Maxing Shigan Decoction in the Treatment of Infantile Pneumonia with Wind Heat and Closed Lung

目的探究银翘散合麻杏石甘汤加减治疗小儿风热闭肺型肺炎喘嗽效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年1月79例于该院接受治疗的小儿风热闭肺型肺炎喘嗽患儿,应用随机信封法分为参照组(34例)、研究组(35例),均应用常规西药治疗,研究组加用银翘散合麻杏石甘汤加减,观察症状消失时间、肺功能、临床疗效、不良反应。结果研究组患儿各临床症状消失时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.200、7.174、8.711、7.055,P<0.001);治疗后,研究组的肺功能指标(FEV1、PEF)水平高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.586、9.695,P<0.001);研究组的临床疗效高于参照组(97.14%vs 76.47%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.803,P<0.05);研究组、参照组不良反应分别为5.71%、11.76%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.216,P=0.642>0.05)。结论在小儿风热闭肺型肺炎喘嗽治疗中,应用银翘散合麻杏石甘汤加减,能够加快症状消失时间,改善肺功能,提升临床疗效,并可保证用药安全。

Objective To explore the effect of Yinqiao Powder Combined with Maxing Shigan Decoction in the treatment of asthmatic cough in children with wind heat and closed lung pneumonia.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,79 children with wind-heat closed lung pneumonia and cough in children who were treated in the hospital were selected,and they were divided into the reference group(34 cases)and the study group(35 cases)using the random envelope method.All were treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group added Yinqiao Powder and Maxingshigan Decoction to observe the time of symptom disappearance,lung function,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions.Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.200,7.174,8.711,7.055,P<0.001);after treatment,the level of lung function indicators(FEV1,PEF)in the study group Higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.586,9.695,P<0.001);the clinical efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(97.14%vs 76.47%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.803,P<0.05);Adverse reactions in the study group and reference group were 5.71%and 11.76%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.216,P=0.642>0.05).Conclusion Yinqiao powder combined with Maxing Shigan Decoction can accelerate the disappearance time of symptoms,improve the lung function,enhance the clinical efficacy,and ensure the safety of medication in the treatment of children with wind heat closed lung type pneumonia.
