乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合硝酸咪康唑栓治疗假丝酵母菌性阴道炎的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Lactic Acid Bacteria Vagina Capsule Combined with Miconazole Nitrate Suppository in the Treatment of Candida Vaginitis

目的探讨乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合硝酸咪康唑栓在假丝酵母菌性阴道炎疾病中的治疗效果。方法在2018年1月—2019年12月间该院所收治的假丝酵母菌性阴道炎患者中抽选出100例,作为研究研究主体,应用随机分组的形式把这些患者分成两个治疗小组,硝酸咪康唑栓用于对照组患者治疗中,乳酸菌阴道胶囊与硝酸咪康唑栓联用在观察组患者中,进行为期6个月的随访,观察记录两组患者在治疗前、治疗后3个月与6个月的症状评分,同时记录两组患者有无复发症状,比较应用效果。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率是96.00%(48/50),显著高于对照组84.00%(42/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05);观察组治疗后3个月与6个月的症状评分分别是(2.70±1.48)分、(1.27±0.53)分,对照组两项评分分别是(4.67±1.16)分、(2.59±1.11)分,与治疗前(8.03±1.47)分、(7.90±1.56)分相比,均发生明显改善,但观察组改善效果更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率为10.00%(5/50)与对照组数据26.00%(13/50)相比,明显更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.336,P<0.05)。结论临床医师将乳酸菌阴道胶囊与硝酸咪康唑栓用在假丝酵母性阴道炎病症的治疗过程中,效果确切,有助于改善患者的临床症状,降低复发风险。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of lactobacillus vaginal capsule combined with miconazole nitrate suppository in the treatment of candida vaginitis.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,100 patients with Candida vaginitis admitted the hospital were selected as the main body of the trial study.These patients were divided into two treatment groups by random grouping.Miconazole nitrate suppository was used in the treatment of patients in the control group,and the combination of lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsules and miconazole nitrate suppository was used in the observation group for a 6-month follow-up.The patients in the two groups were observed and recorded before treatment,3 months and 6 months after treatment,and at the same time record whether the two groups of patients have recurrence symptoms,and compare the application effects.Results The effective rate of observation group was 96.00%(48/50),significantly higher than the control group 84.00%(42/50),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05);the symptom scores in the observation group at three months and six months after treatment were(2.70±1.48)points and(1.27±0.53)points respectively,while those in the control group were(4.67±1.16)points and(2.59±1.11)points respectively,both showing significant improvements as compared with the pre-treatment data(8.03±1.47)points and(7.90±1.56)points respectively,but the improvement in the observation group was more effective,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of 10.00%(5/50)in the observation group was significantly lower than that of 26.00%(13/50)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.336,P<0.05).Conclusion Lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule and miconazole nitrate suppository have reliable effect in the treatment of candida vaginitis,which help to improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the risk of recurrence.
