补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗脑梗死后遗症的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Sequela of Cerebral Infarction

目的探析脑梗死后遗症患者给予补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗的临床效果。方法选取该科室2016年1月—2020年6月接收的脑梗死后遗症患者62例为研究对象,将62例患者分为两组,采取针灸治疗患者为对照组(31例),采取补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗患者为观察组(31例)。对比两组治疗后中医证候积分、NIHSS与ADL评分,对比疗效差异。结果观察组偏瘫积分(1.58±0.43)分、语言謇涩积分(1.53±0.44)分、神识昏蒙(1.38±0.46)分、偏身感觉异常积分(1.67±0.41)分,较对照组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(t=4.173、6.243、6.496、6.814,P<0.05)。观察组经诊治,患者NIHSS评分为(10.81±3.16)分、ADL评分为(82.62±12.41)分,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.173、3.844,P<0.05)。观察组经诊治,总有效率83.87%,高于对照组的61.29%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.971,P<0.05)。结论脑梗死后遗症患者接受补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗,患者神经功能与临床症状改善效果好,提升了患者生活自理能力。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 62 patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction received in the department from January 2016 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.The 62 patients were divided into two groups,and the patients treated with acupuncture were used as the control group(31 cases).The observation group(31 cases)was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.The scores of TCM syndromes,NIHSS and ADL scores were compared between the two groups after treatment,to compare the difference in curative effect.Results The observation group had hemiplegia score(1.58±0.43)points,language aberration score(1.53±0.44)points,consciousness dizziness(1.38±0.46)points,and eccentric paresthesia scores(1.67±0.41)points,which were more significant than those in the control group lower,the difference were statistically significant(t=4.173,6.243,6.496,6.814,P<0.05).After diagnosis and treatment in the observation group,the patient's NIHSS score was(10.81±3.16)points,ADL score was(82.62±12.41)points,all better than the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(t=15.173,3.844,P<0.05).After diagnosis and treatment in the observation group,the total effective rate was 83.87%,which was higher than 61.29%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.971,P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction received Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture treatment,the neurological function and clinical symptoms of the patients improved well,and the patient's self-care ability was improved.
