分析无缝隙对接护理在提升急性消化内镜护理效果中的应用

Analysis of the Application of Seamless Docking Nursing in Improving the Nursing Effect of Acute Digestive Endoscopy

目的分析急性消化内镜患者护理需求,评价无缝隙对接护理模式干预价值。方法选取该院2019年6月—2020年3月进行急性消化内镜诊疗的110例患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组(n=55)与观察组(n=55)。对照组患者采取急性消化内镜诊疗常规护理,观察组患者采取急性消化内镜诊疗无缝隙对接护理,比较两组患者情绪状况、护理满意度、并发症发生率及依从性。结果干预后,观察组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组患者的总依从率分别为96.36%、81.81%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.986,P=0.014);总护理满意度分别为98.18%、81.81%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.181,P=0.004);并发症总发生率分别为5.45%、27.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.565,P=0.001)。结论无缝隙对接护理可以提升护理工作质量,满足急性消化内镜诊疗患者护理需求,提高患者安全性、稳定患者心理、提高诊疗效率。

Objective To analyze the nursing needs of patients with acute digestive endoscopy and evaluate the intervention value of seamless docking nursing model.Methods The 110 patients who were diagnosed and treated with acute digestive endoscopy in this hospital from June 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group(n=55)and an observation group(n=55)by a random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with routine care for acute digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with acute digestive endoscopy with seamless butt-connected care.The emotional status,nursing satisfaction,complication rate,and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of the observation group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group and the control group were 96.36%and 81.81%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.986,P=0.014);and the total nursing satisfaction was 98.18%and 81.81%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.181,P=0.004);and the total incidence of complications were 5.45%and 27.7%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.565,P=0.001).Conclusion Seamless docking nursing can improve the quality of nursing work and meet the nursing needs of patients with acute digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment,thereby improving patient safety,stabilizing patient psychology,and improving diagnosis and treatment efficiency.
