舒适护理与常规护理在无痛消化内镜检查中的应用效果比较

Comparison of the Effect of Comfort Nursing and Conventional Nursing in Painless Digestive Endoscopy

目的分析无痛消化内镜检查期间患者护理需求,评价舒适护理干预、常规护理对检查患者情绪、安全性等方面的影响。方法选取该院2019年7月—2020年4月进行无痛消化内镜检查的200例患者为研究对象,将患者利用随机法分组护理。对照组100例患者接受常规护理,观察组100例患者接受舒适护理干预,比较两组患者的情绪(焦虑、抑郁)、血压、心率指标变化情况及不良事件发生情况、舒适度,以焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估患者的情绪。结果护理后,组间SAS、SDS负性情绪评分比较,观察组患者的情绪状况更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,组间舒张压、收缩压、心率指标水平比较,观察组患者的血压与心率更平稳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后观察组总舒适度97.00%高于对照组80.00%、不良事件总发生率6.00%低于对照组16.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.198、5.107,P<0.05)。结论对比常规护理,舒适护理对于稳定患者情绪、生命体征、提高依从性与安全性等方面具有积极意义,满足无痛消化内镜检查患者护理需求。

Objective To analyze the nursing needs of patients during painless digestive endoscopy,and evaluate the influence of comfort nursing intervention and routine nursing on the emotion and safety of patients.Methods 200 patients who underwent painless digestive endoscopy in the hospital from July 2019 to April 2020 for randomized group care were selected as the research objects.100 patients in the control group received routine care,and 100 patients in the observation group received comfort care intervention,compare the changes in mood(anxiety,depression),blood pressure,heart rate indicators,occurrence of adverse events,and comfort of the two groups of patients,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the mood of patients.Results Comparing the SAS and SDS negative emotion scores between the groups after nursing,the emotional state of the patients in the observation group was better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the index levels of diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,and heart rate between the groups after nursing,the blood pressure and heart rate of the patients in the observation group were more stable,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the total comfort level of the observation group was 97.00%higher than that of the control group 80.00%,and the total incidence of adverse events was 6.00%lower than that of the control group 16.00%,the difference were statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.198,5.107,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine nursing,comfort nursing is of great significance to stabilize the patients'emotion,vital signs,improve compliance and safety,and meet the nursing needs of patients with painless digestive endoscopy.
