Design and Application of a Medical Epidemic Prevention Management System Based on the Electronic Health Card

该研究从软件开发的角度诠释了电子健康卡在医疗机构中的应用情况,尤其针对当前新型冠状病毒大流行的严峻形势,为整合所有资源支援防疫抗疫、流行病学调查筛查工作提供了一套系统方案,对缓解医疗救治与防疫筛查的冲突、拓宽电子健康平台的应用领域起到了良好的作用。该系统充分利用医院现有的获取居民身份信息的电子工具,如医疗保险读卡器、身份证读卡器、条形码扫描器等的快速识别、提取验证功能,实现少接触或无接触登记;对于复诊或已记录在册的人员,可自动引用,避免二次录入信息时由于口误导致的信息混乱,提高记录的效率和精准度。

From the perspective of software development,this paper explained the application status of electronic health card in medical institutions.In view of the current severe situation of the new coronavirus pandemic especially,it provided a set of systematic scheme to integrate all resources to support the work of epidemic prevention and control and epidemic investigation and screening.It has played a good role in alleviating the conflict between medical treatment and epidemic prevention screening and broadening the application fields of electronic health platform.The system makes full use of the fast identification,extraction and verification functions of the existing electronic tools in the hospital to obtain resident identity information,such as medical insurance card reader,ID card reader and bar code scanner,so as to realize the function of less contact or no contact registration.Automatically quote some follow-up or recorded personnel to avoid information confusion caused by oral mistakes when entering information again,and improve the efficiency and accuracy of recording.
