参麦注射液联合PC化疗方案治疗肺腺癌患者的临床效果

Clinical Effects of Shenmai Injection Combined with PC Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Lung Adenocarcinoma Patients

目的探讨参麦注射液联合PC化疗方案治疗肺腺癌患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年2月至2020年8月医院收治的126例肺腺癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组63例。对照组采用PC化疗方案治疗,试验组给予参麦注射液联合PC化疗方案治疗,比较两组治疗效果、用药期间不良反应发生率及治疗前后的免疫功能指标水平。结果试验组肿瘤客观缓解率(ORR)、疾病控制率(DCR)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组用药期间骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐、肝功能损害、肾功能损害的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组的CD^(3+)、CD^(4+)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液联合PC化疗方案治疗肺腺癌患者可提高治疗效果,减轻不良反应,并有助于改善患者的免疫功能。

Objective The clinical effects of Shenmai injection combined with PC chemotherapy in the treatment of lung adenocarcinoma patients were investigated.Methods 126 patients with lung adenocarcinoma in the hospital from February 2018 to August 2020 were selected and they were divided into a control group and a test group according to the random number table method,with 63 cases in each.The control group was given PC chemotherapy,while the test group was given Shenmai injection combined with PC chemotherapy.The therapeutic effects,the incidence of adverse reactions during medication and the levels of immune function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The objective response rate(ORR)of tumors and disease control rate(DCR)in the test group were both higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The incidence of bone marrow suppression,nausea and vomiting,liver function damage and renal function damage during meditation in the test group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of CD^(3+) and CD^(4+) in the test group were both higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenmai injection combined with PC chemotherapy can improve the therapeutic effects of lung adenocarcinoma patients,reduce the adverse reactions and were beneficial to improve the patients'immune function.
