循证护理对行介入栓塞术治疗的颅内动脉瘤患者术后并发症与心理状态及护理满意度的影响

Influences of Evidence-Based Nursing on Postoperative Complications,Psychological Status and Nursing Satisfaction of Patients with Intracranial Aneurysm Undergoing Interventional Embolization Therapy

目的探讨循证护理对行介入栓塞术治疗的颅内动脉瘤患者术后并发症、心理状态及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2020年1—12月于医院行介入栓塞术治疗的60例颅内动脉瘤患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组予以循证护理,比较两组术后并发症、心理状态及护理满意度。结果护理1个月后,观察组术后并发症发生率、心理状态评分均低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颅内动脉瘤患者行介入栓塞术治疗后予以循证护理可有效降低术后并发症发生率,缓解患者的负面情绪,提高其护理满意度。

Objective The influences of evidence-based nursing on postoperative complications,psychological status and nursing satisfaction of patients with intracranial aneurysm undergoing interventional embolization therapy were explored.Methods From January 2020 to December 2020,sixty patients with intracranial aneurysm undergoing embolization therapy in the hospital were taken as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given evidence-cased nursing.The postoperative complications,psychological status and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results After 1 month of nursing,the incidence of postoperative complications and the scores of psychological status in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing after interventional embolization therapy for patients with intracranial aneurysm can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,alleviate patients'negative emotions and improve their nursing satisfaction.
