基于霍尔效应磁探伤检测铁管构造缺陷

摘要 在霍尔效应法测螺线管磁场的基础上,根据无损探测漏磁检测的基本原理,利用DH4512型霍尔效应螺线管实验仪,将完好铁管和缺陷铁管磁化后,分别对它们中轴线上的磁场进行测量,通过二者中轴线上磁场的分布图像对照以及实验测得的数据结果分析,得出缺陷铁管瑕疵的位置。 The magnetic field on the central axis of intact iron tube and defective iron tube is measured respectively by using DH4512 Hall effect solenoid experimental instrument after the two tubes being magnetized,on the basis of measuring solenoid magnetic field by Hall effect method,according to the basic principle of non-destructive detection by magnetic flux leakage detection.The location of the flaw in the defective iron pipe can be put on a show reversely by comparing the distribution images of the magnetic field on the central axis of the two and analyzing the experimental data.
