Problems and Countermeasures of Shenyang Weilong Tiexi Logistics Park

物流园区作为物流服务过程中的一个重要节点,对整个供应链的发展和衔接具有非常重要的作用。为适应物流产业的发展要求,沈阳市加大了物流园区的建设力度,在取得阶段性成果的同时,也存在着诸多制约进一步发展的因素。本文通过就沈阳市维龙铁西物流园发展现状以及存在问题的分析,通过查阅文献资料并结合现代物流业的发展规律,提出了若干具体发展对策。

As a vital node in the logistics service process,the logistics park plays a significant role in the development and connection of the entire supply chain.In order to meet the requirements of the logistics industry,Shenyang has accelerated the construction of logistics parks.While achieving initial results,there are also many factors restricting further development.According to the analysis of the development status and existing problems of Weilong Tiexi Logistics Park in Shenyang City,this article proposes several countermeasures by reviewing literature and combining with the development law of modern logistics industry.
