Analysis and Countermeasures of Artificial Intelligence Technology in Guangzhou under the Global Patent Perspective

当前,世界各国纷纷将发展人工智能作为提升国家竞争力的重要战略,人工智能已成为科技革命和产业变革的重要驱动力。近年来,广州人工智能技术快速发展,机器学习和计算机视觉在全国具有相对优势,十三大技术组别在全球表现出色,高校具有较强实力;但领先企业十分欠缺,北京、深圳相比仍存在较大差距。广州已将人工智能摆在越来越重要的位置,面向“十四五”乃至更长远的时期,广州应加强基础层发展,保持并发挥技术优势,发挥在穗高校的引领带动作用,推动企业协同创新,提高公共数据开放程度,打造世界级应用场景。

At present,artificial intelligence has become an important driving force of technological revolution and industrial transformation.Artificial intelligence technology in Guangzhou has developed rapidly,and machine learning and computer vision have comparative advantages in China,but there is still a large gap compared with Beijing and Shenzhen.Based on the analysis of the current situation of artificial intelligence technology in Guangzhou,this paper proposes specific improvement measures such as strengthening the development of the basic layer,maintaining and exerting technological advantages,improving the openness of public data,creating world-class application scenarios.
