摘要
随着我国经济高速发展,建筑装饰行业对人才的需求逐渐由专业型向创新型转变,在此背景下,将工匠精神融入专业人才培养具有非常重要意义。本文在工匠精神视角下,从人才培养方案优化、师资队伍建设以及职业规划等方面提出了培养高校建筑装饰类创新型人才的路径。
With the booming of the Chinese economy,the demand for talents in the architectural decoration industry has gradually shifted from professional to innovative.In this context,it is of great significance to integrate the spirit of craftsmanship into the training of professional talents.From the perspective of craftsman spirit,this article puts forward the path to cultivate innovative talents in colleges and universities in terms of talent training plan optimization,teaching team construction and career planning.
