摘要
作为一种新型慈善模式,网络公益众筹集合了互联网、金融、公益等元素的特征,呈现出跳脱传统慈善模式框架的态势。慈善模式对我国公益慈善事业大有助益,但网络公益众筹这一新兴事物的短板也渐渐突显。基于此,本文章重点研究了该领域现存的法律问题并对其法律规制途径进行了讨论。
As a new charity model,online public welfare crowdfunding integrates the features of the Internet,finance,public welfare and other elements,exhibits a trend of breaking away from the framework of the traditional charity model.The charity model contributes greatly to the public welfare and philanthropy in China,but the shortcomings of the emerging online public welfare crowdfunding have gradually become prominent.Based on this,this article focuses on the existing legal issues in this field and discusses its legal regulatory approaches.
