The Empirical Research on Crime of Sexual Assault against Minors——Analysis of H City as a Sample

对性侵害未成年人犯罪展开有效防控是当前我国社会面临的重大问题之一。以2012-2020年在H市发生的性侵害未成年人犯罪为研究对象,对该市范围内被公诉的相关案件数据进行实证分析,根据主要数据信息归纳得出H市性侵害未成年人犯罪主要特征与产生原因,从法律、经济、社会管理、文化教育四层面提出性侵害未成年人犯罪防控策略。

Effective prevention and control of crimes of sexual assault against minors is one of the major problems facing our society.Taking the crimes of sexual assault against minors in H city from 2012 to 2020 as the research object,we conduct an empirical analysis of the relevant case data prosecuted within the city,and based on the main data and information to conclude the main characteristics and causes of crimes in H city.From the four levels of law,economy,social management,and cultural education,we put forward a perfect design for the prevention and control strategy of crime of sexual assault against minors in city H in the future.
