李东垣为金元四大家之一,其突出的贡献在于从金元以前外感学说主导的临床中独立出了内伤学说;在其学说体系中"阴火"为一个重要的概念,后世医家对其解读众说纷纭,莫衷一是。因此正确理解李东垣"阴火"论,对全面准确把握和深入研究李东垣整个内伤学说体系,提高内伤病的临床诊治水平起着至关重要的作用。

LI Dongyuan was one of the four masters of the Jin and Yuan Dynasties.His outstanding contribution has lay in the independent internal injury doctrine from the clinic dominated by the exogenous doctrine before the Jin-Yuan period.In his theoretical system,“Yin Fire”is an important concept.There are different opinions on its interpretation.Therefore,a correct understanding of LI Dongyuan’s“Yin Fire”theory plays a vital role in comprehensively and accurately grasping and in-depth study of LI Dongyuan’s entire internal injury theory system and can improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment of internal injuries.
