醒脑开窍汤联合马来酸桂哌齐特注射液对急性脑梗死患者血清炎症因子及神经功能缺损的影响

Effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao Decoction Combined with Cinepazide Maleate Injection on Serum Inflammatory Factors and Neurological Deficiency for Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察醒脑开窍汤联合马来酸桂哌齐特注射液对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清炎症因子及神经功能缺损的影响。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年12月阜阳市中医医院收治的80例ACI患者,根据乱数表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组接受马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗,观察组接受醒脑开窍汤联合马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗,对比两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、血清免疫炎症因子水平、神经功能缺损程度及不良反应。结果:观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医证候积分和美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及血清NSE水平明显低于对照组,血清CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)细胞百分比明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论:醒脑开窍汤联合马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗ACI疗效显著,可有效降低中医证候积分,改善血清免疫炎症因子水平和神经功能,且安全性高,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao Decoction combined with Cinepazide Maleate Injection on serum inflammatory factors and neurological deficits in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:A total of 80 ACI patients admitted to our hospital(January 2017 to December 2019)were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The controlled group(n=40)received Cinepazide Maleate Injection.The observation group(n=40)received Xingnao Kaiqiao Decoction combined with Cinepazide Maleate Injection,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,serum immune inflammatory factor levels,neurological deficits and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group’s TCM syndrome scores,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,and serum NSE levels were significantly lower than those of the controlled group,and the percentage of serumCD_(3)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)cells was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xingnao Kaiqiao Decoction combined with Cinepazide Maleate Injection has a significant effect in the treatment of ACI,it can effectively reduce TCM syndrome scores,improve serum immune inflammatory factor levels and neurological function,and has high safety and is worthy of promotion.
