郄募配穴结合龙虎交战针法辅助治疗中晚期胃癌疼痛及血清β-EP、PGE2水平的临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Observation of Appying Xi-Mu Matching Acupoint Combined with Dragon and Tiger Battle Needling Therapy in the Adjunctive Treatment of Gastric Cancer Pain and Serumβ-EP and PGE2

目的:选取胃腑相关郄穴及募穴,应用"龙虎交战"针刺手法,观察对中晚期胃癌疼痛的辅助镇痛作用以及血清β-EP、PGE2水平的影响。方法:纳入病例82例,随机数字法分为治疗组及对照组,对照组采用WHO提出的三阶梯止痛治疗,治疗组采用郄募配穴、龙虎交战针法配合三阶梯止痛法。治疗后观察两组的NRS疼痛数字评分、镇痛起效时间、生活质量评分、不良反应发生率、临床疗效评价及血清β-EP、PGE2水平的差异。结果:总体有效率治疗组92.68%,对照组78.05%,两组间相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组NRS评分、镇痛起效时间、不良反应发生率及PGE2水平均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组生活质量评分及血清β-EP水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:郄募配穴结合龙虎交战针法辅助治疗中晚期胃癌疼痛较单纯应用三阶梯止痛能显著提高镇痛疗效,效果斐然。

Objective:To select the Xi-cleft points and the Mu-front points related to the stomach and apply the acupuncture method of“Dragon and Tiger Battle”to observe the effect of auxiliary analgesia on the pain of middle and advanced gastric cancer and the level of serumβ-EP and PGE2.Methods:A total of 82 cases were included.The random number method was divided into a treatment group and a controlled group.The controlled group used the three-step analgesic treatment proposed by WHO,and the treatment group used Xi-Mu matching acupoints,Dragon and Tiger Battle Needling therapy combined with the three-step analgesic method.After treatment,the differences in NRS pain score,analgesic onset time,quality of life score,incidence of adverse reactions,clinical efficacy evaluation,and serumβ-EP and PGE2 levels were observed between the two groups.Results:The overall effective rate was 92.68%in the treatment group and 78.05%in the controlled group.Compared between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);NRS score,analgesic onset time,incidence of adverse reactions and PGE2 level in the treatment group both were significantly lower than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the quality of life score and serumβ-EP level in the treatment group were significantly higher than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xi-Mu matching acupoints,Longhu Warring Needling can significantly improve the analgesic effect of mid-advanced gastric cancer pain compared with the use of three-step analgesia.The effect is remarkable.
