针刺胃脘下俞穴联合辨体调质护理对2型糖尿病患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

Effect of Acupuncturing at Weiwanxiashu(EX-B3)Combined with Constitution Regulating Nursing on Treatment Compliance and Quality of Life for Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:观察针刺胃脘下俞穴联合辨体调质护理对2型糖尿病(type 2diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年12月本院诊治的2型糖尿病112例患者,按照投掷法随机设为观察组57例和对照组55例。两组均进行常规治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上进行针刺胃脘下俞穴联合辨体调质护理。观察两组治疗依从性,并对两组糖代谢指标[空腹血糖(fasting blood-glucose,FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HemoglobinA1c,HbA1c)]、中医证候积分、日常生活能力(MBI评分)、睡眠质量(PSQI评分)及生活质量进行干预前、干预3个月后对比。结果:观察组合理饮食、合理运动、规律监测血糖治疗依从率为91.23%、84.21%、91.23%,比对照组的69.09%、63.64%、76.36%高(P<0.05);两组干预后HbA1c、FBG、中医证候积分均比干预前低,且观察组比对照组低(P<0.05);两组干预后MBI评分比干预前高,PSQI评分比干预前低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后治疗方面、社会关系、心理精神、生理功能评分均比干预前低,且观察组比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:针刺胃脘下俞穴联合辨体调质护理可以明显提高2型糖尿病患者治疗依从性,改善生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncturing at Weiwanxiashu(EX-B3)combined with constitution-regulating nursing on treatment compliance and quality of life for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM).Methods:112 patients with T2 DM were diagnosed and treated in the hospital between January 2019 and December 2020.They were randomly divided into an observation group(57 cases)and a controlled group(55 cases).Both groups were given conventional treatment.The controlled group received conventional nursing.On this basis,the observation group received acupuncture at Weiwanxiashu(EX-B3)and constitution-regulating nursing.Treatment compliance of the two groups was observed.The glucose metabolism indicators[fasting blood glucose(FBG),hemoglobinA1 c,HbA1 c)],TCM syndrome scores,activities of daily living(MBI score),sleep quality(PSQI score)and quality of life before intervention and after 3 months of intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment compliance rates of the observation group in terms of reasonable diet,reasonable exercise,and regular monitoring of blood glucose were 91.23%,84.21%and 91.23%,higher than those in the controlled group(69.09%,63.64%,and 76.36%)(P<0.05).After intervention,HbA1 c,FBG and TCM syndrome scores were reduced in the two groups,and the above indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).After intervention,the MBI scores of the two groups were increased,and the PSQI scores were reduced.The above scores of the observation group were better than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of treatment,social relations,psychology,and physical function of the two groups were reduced,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncturing at Weiwanxiashu(EX-B3)combined with constitution-regulating nursing can significantly improve the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with T2DM.
