十味芪黄益肾方联合复方α-酮酸片对慢性肾功能衰竭患者TGF-β1、TSP-1、VEGF水平影响分析

Effect of Shiwei Qihuang Yishen Recipe Combined with Compoundα-ketoacid Tablets on TGF-β1 and TSP-1,VEGF Levels for Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的:观察十味芪黄益肾方联合复方α-酮酸片对慢性肾功能衰竭患者转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、血清血小板结合蛋白-1(TSP-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:选取我院2016年4月~2019年1月收治的慢性肾功能衰竭患者104例,根据治疗方法分为两组,每组52例。两组患者均给予低盐、低脂、优质低蛋白饮食,适当运动,控制血压,调节水、电解质和酸碱代谢平衡,控制慢性肾衰竭原发病的等常规基础治疗,A组加用复方α-酮酸片治疗,B组加用十味芪黄益肾方联合复方α-酮酸片治疗。记录两组治疗前后TGF-β1、TSP-1、VEGF、人成纤维细胞生长因子23(FGF-23)、肾功能指标、炎症因子水平变化,并统计两组临床治疗总有效率。结果:治疗后,B组总有效率(90.38%)高于A组(75.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VEGF水平较治疗前上升,TGF-β1、TSP-1、FGF-23、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、白细胞介素-23(IL-23)、高敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平较治疗前下降,且B组VEGF水平高于A组,TGF-β1、TSP-1、FGF-23、BUN、Scr、Hcy、IL-23、hs-CRP水平低于A组(P<0.05)。结论:十味芪黄益肾方联合复方α-酮酸片治疗慢性肾功能衰竭可促进肾脏微血管的再生,抑制肾间质纤维化,减轻炎症反应,改善肾功能。

Objective:To observe the effect of Shiwei Qihuang Yishen Recipe combined with Compoundα-ketoacid Tablets on the levels of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),serum platelet binding protein-1(TSP-1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)for patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:104 patients with chronic renal failure treated in our hospital from April 2016 to January 2019 were divided into two groups according to the treatment method.52 patients in each group were treated with low salt,low fat,high quality and low protein diet,proper exercise,controlling blood pressure,regulating the balance of water,electrolyte and acid-base metabolism,controlling the primary pathogenesis of chronic renal failure,and the group A was treated with Compoundα-ketoacid Tablets.The group B was treated with Shiwei Qihuang Yishen Recipe combined with Compoundα-ketoacid Tablets.TGF-β1 and TSP-1,VEGF,human fibroblast growth factor 23(FGF)were recorded before and after treatment of the 2 groups,renal function index,inflammatory factor level changes,and counted the total effective rate of the 2 groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the group B(90.38%)was higher than that in the group A(75.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of VEGF in the group B was higher than that before treatment.The levels of TGF-β1,TSP-1,FGF-23,urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),homocysteine(Hcy),IL-23(IL-23)and high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP)were lower than those before treatment,and the level of VEGF in the group B was higher than that in the group A,TGF-β1,TSP-1,FGF-23,BUN,Scr,Hcy.The levels of IL-23 and HS-CRP in the group A were lower than those in the group A(P<0.05),and the levels of CRP in the group A were lower than those in the group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shiwei Qihuang Yishen Recipe combined with Compoundα-ketoacid Tablets can promote the regeneration of renal microvessels,inhibit renal interstitial fibrosis,reduce inflammatory reaction and improve renal function.
