文化回应视角下教育文化情景营构论析——以学前教育为聚焦点 被引量:4

摘要 文化回应的要旨是重视教育过程中的文化情境,其中文化情景的创设需要联系受教育者的民族、家庭等文化背景因素。以学前教育为聚焦点,文化回应视角下教育文化情景营构应坚守中华文化立场、用好家庭文化资源、与地方文化融会贯通,通过合理转变办学理念、整合课程资源、培育文化回应型教师等多种方式,实现新时代个性发展和特色发展结合的文化育人目标。 The essence of cultural response is to attach importance to the cultural context in the education process,the creation of which needs to be linked to the educatee’s cultural background such factors as ethnicity and family.Focusing on pre-school education,this paper proves that the construction of educational and cultural situation should adhere to the Chinese cultural standpoint,make good use of family cultural resources,as well as integrate and penetrate local culture from the perspective of cultural response.The goal of cultural education for both personality development and characteristic development in the new era can be achieved through a variety of ways such as rationally changing the school-running philosophy,integrating curriculum resources,and cultivating culturally responsive teachers.
