海上油田反洗井封隔器工具设计

Design of Well Flushing Packer Tool in Offshore Oilfields

洗井是注水井日常管理中常用的一种手段,对维护井筒,防止腐蚀,减少井下污染,增强吸水能力等起着重要作用。洗井封隔器工艺技术是一种陆地油田常用的不动管柱完成反洗井工艺的技术,但陆地油田洗井封隔器主要针对139.7 mm套管,少见针对177.8 mm和244.5 mm套管的可洗井封隔器。此外,现有工具存在反洗排量小、反洗通道易堵塞、反洗不彻底的问题,无法直接应用于海上油田。对洗井封隔器、顶部锚定器、可反洗工作筒、单流阀等工具进行分析,针对海上油田要求对反洗井封隔器及工具进行改进设计。结果表明,设计的工具解决了现有工具存在的问题,可与海上油田现有注水工艺配合,实现40 m^(3)/h大排量反洗。

W Well flushing is a commonly used method in the daily management of water injection wells.It plays an important role in maintaining the wellbore,preventing corrosion,reducing downhole pollution,and enhancing water absorption capacity.The Packer well washing technology is widely used in land oilfields for completing the backwashing process without moving the string however the packers used in land oilfields are mainly 5.5 in casing,while the 7 in and 95/8in casing are few.The present backwashing channel is easy to be blocked and causes incomplete backwashing.To meet the working conditions of the offshore oilfields,the packer,top anchor,injection mandrel,and bottom valve were studied.The tools were improved for offshore usage.The results show that the designed tool solves the problems,and can cooperate with the existing water injection technology of offshore oilfields to achieve the requirement of 40 m^(3)/h large displacement backwash.
