摘要
梁柱节点钢筋在建筑工程结构中因为占比大、结构复杂、隐蔽性强、质量把控难,是项目施工和成本管理重难点.以某房建工程为例,由于梁柱节点配筋非常稠密,进行钢筋绑扎的空间异常狭小,进行钢筋绑扎时常常遭遇绑扎钢筋间距不符合规范要求、梁柱钢筋发生碰撞,以及钢筋实际数量和设计有出入等难点,而且钢筋加工烦琐,钢筋损耗率偏高,通过精益建造与BIM技术结合,构件Revit族的梁柱节点全三维模型,借助Revit参数化族的方法对复杂梁柱节点开展优化设计,钢筋锚固及避让难点被妥善解决;另外,通过BIM技术对钢筋加工开展设计优化,对钢筋智能化加工,经过实际检验,证明钢筋加工速度得到了加快,钢筋损耗率得到了有效减少.
Beam column joint reinforcement is the key and difficult point of project construction and cost management because of its large proportion,complex structure,strong concealment and difficult quality control.Taking a housing construction project as an example,due to the complex structure of beam column joints,steel bar construction is prone to collision,complicated steel bar processing and high steel bar loss rate,through the combination of lean construction and BIM Technology,the full three-dimensional model of beam column joints of Revit family is carried out to optimize the design of complex beam column joints with the help of Revit parametric family,and the difficulties of steel bar anchorage and avoidance are properly solved;In addition,the BIM Technology is used to optimize the design of reinforcement processing and the intelligent processing of reinforcement.The actual test shows that the reinforcement processing speed has been accelerated and the reinforcement loss rate has been effectively reduced.
