自媒体时代的新闻传播伦理失范及其救济措施探索

On the anomie of news communication ethics and its relief measures in the era of we media

自媒体技术伴随着科技的发展而飞速进步,为传统新闻业注入了发展的新活力,很大程度上推动了我国新闻业的发展,同时在一定程度上导致原有新闻传播中存在的伦理问题愈发凸显,虚假信息、低俗内容屡禁不止,社会热点案件的舆论误导以及公德缺失屡见不鲜.研究发现,从业者素质不高、平台监管缺失及违法成本太低是这一问题的主要原因.如何在中国自媒体行业快速发展的同时坚持新闻业伦理标准,承担社会责任,成为业界和学界共同思考的难题.为此,通过系统分析,从自律与监管、平台责任与法治完善、主流引导与媒介素养等方面提出了救济之道.

We media technology has made rapid progress with the development of science and technology,which injected new vitality into traditional journalism and promoted the development of journalism in China.But we media technology also led to ethical problems in the original news communication to a certain extent,such as false information,vulgar content,misleading of public opinion and lack of public morality in hot social cases.Researches have found that the low quality of practitioners,the lack of responsibility of platform supervision and the low cost of illegal activities are the main reasons for these problems.How to adhere to the ethical standards of Journalism and undertake social responsibilities along with the rapid development of we media has become a hard nut to crack for the industry and academia in China.Through systematic analysis,this paper puts forward the way of relief from the aspects of the self-discipline and supervision,platform responsibilities and the improvement of laws,mainstream guidance and the media literacy.
