我国档案数据管理发展影响因素与策略研究

Research on influence factors and strategies of development of archival data management in China

智慧化时代,档案数字化管理向档案数据管理转型是档案行业转型发展的必然趋势.针对存在的不同行业、不同地区档案发展不平衡的现状,分析影响档案行业数据管理的主要因素,并有针对性地提出相关解决对策才能更好地促进我国档案数据管理事业的高速发展.结合我国档案行业发展实际,找出制约我国档案数据管理发展的主要因素,厘清影响因素之间的相互关系.研究指出,要实现我国档案行业的全面数据管理,就必须继续完善档案数据管理相关制度法规,强化组织管理转型,采用先进技术构建完善的数据管理系统,并保证档案数据的可靠性,才能满足智慧化时代的社会档案需求.

In the era of intelligence,the transformation from archives digital management to archives data management is the inevitable trend of the transformation and development of the archives industry.In view of the unbalanced development of archives in different industries and regions,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the data management of archives industry,and puts forward relevant countermeasures,so as to better promote the rapid development of archives data management in China.Combined with the development reality of China’s archives industry,this paper finds out the main factors restricting the development of China’s archives data management,and clarifies the relationship between the influencing factors.The research points out that in order to realize the comprehensive data management of China’s archives industry,we must continue to improve the relevant systems and regulations of archives data management,strengthen the transformation of organization management,adopt advanced technology to build a perfect data management system,and ensure the reliability of archives data,so as to meet the social archives needs of the intelligent era.
