摘要
基于说服系统设计模型,运用结构方程模型研究绿色IS情境中影响用户亲环境行为意愿(持续使用和环境责任感知)的理论机制。实证结果表明:人机对话支持对社会支持、主要任务支持和系统可靠性存在显著正向影响,用户感知说服力会受到主要任务支持与系统可靠性的正向影响,并对个人亲环境行为意愿有驱动作用,可直接促进用户环境保护意识与行为产生。
Based on the persuasion system design model,this paper constructs a model of factors influencing the users'pro-environmental behavior intention(continuous use behavior and environmental responsibility)by Structural Equation.Result shows that computer–human dialogue support has a significant positive effect on social support,primary task support and system credibility.Primary task support and system credibility have a positive impact on users'perceived persuasiveness.Perceived persuasiveness has a driving effect on users'pro-environmental behavior intention,which can directly promote users'environmental responsibility and continuous use behavior.
