On Differentiated Personnel Training and Matrix Based Practice Education Method of Embedded System Talents

摘要 为提升人才培养质量,嵌入式人才差异化培养机制结合嵌入式系统工程运作的特点和经验,以产业需求、人才分类和工程能力特点为引导分析了差异化培养的价值,并基于不同类型人才多元化工程能力的差异化评价方式和锻炼途径,提出了矩阵化实践教学方式,优化了教学目标、要求和安排,设计了矩阵化工程能力锻炼流程和考核评价方法,强化了嵌入式人才解决复杂工程问题的能力,深化了产学融合的内涵,并协助了学生对自我能力和发展方向进行准确评估。 To improve the quality of personnel training,the characteristics and experience of embedded system engineering is considered in the differentiated personnel training method of embedded system talents.The value of differentiated training is analyzed based on the characteristics of industrial demand,talent classification and engineering abilities.Based on the differentiated evaluation methods and training ways of diversified engineering abilities,the matrix based practice education method is proposed,which designs matrix based methods of engineering ability training procedures and evaluations with teaching targets,requirements,and arrangements optimized.Therefore,the complex engineering problem solution ability of embedded talents is strengthened and the connotation of industry education integration is deepened.This differentiated personnel training system also helps students to precisely evaluate their engineering abilities and development directions.
