如何激励企业参与校企合作——基于社会交换视角 被引量:15

How to Encourage Enterprises to Participate in University-Business Cooperation:A Social Exchange Perspective

摘要 校企合作对企业创新和高校提升人才培养质量具有重要意义。然而,如何激励企业有效参与校企合作仍是难题。基于社会交换理论构建的校企交换对校企合作的影响机制模型,考察信任的中介效应。采用结构方程模型对292份具有校企合作经历的企业调查数据分析显示,情感交换对浅层次和中层次校企合作均有显著正向影响,但对深层次校企合作影响不显著;信任在情感交换和深层次校企合作中起完全中介作用,在中层次校企合作中起部分中介作用;与预期不一致的是,经济交换对信任和各层次校企合作的影响均不显著。 University-business cooperation(UBC)is of great significance to enterprise innovation and the improvement of talent training quality in universities.However,how to encourage enterprises to effectively participate in UBC remains a difficult issue.Therefore,based on the social exchange theory,this paper constructs a mechanism model of the impact of university-business exchange(UBX)on UBC,and examines the mediating effect of trust.Structural equation modeling is used to analyze 292 survey data of enterprises with UBC experience.The results show that socioemotional UBX has a significant positive impact on both low-and middle-level UBC,but has no significant impact on high-level UBC.Trust plays a fully mediating role between socioemotional UBX and high-level UBC,while partly mediating between socioemotional UBX and middle-level UBC.However,inconsistent with the expectation,economic UBX has no significant impact on trust and all levels of UBC.
