摘要
荷兰应用技术大学工程教育专业以其全面能力导向和精确职业定位获得大量学生和用人单位青睐。基于对其培养目标、课程结构、教学模式三方面的分析发现:荷兰应用技术大学工程教育在培养目标上,建立了以胜任力模型为基础的目标系统;在课程结构上,采用以职业和岗位为导向的定制化课程;在教学模式上,实施以任务和实践为载体的渐进式教学。
The engineering education in the Netherlands university of applied science is highly appreciated by the students and labor market,because of its’competency and vocation orientation.The current study digs into the talent training model of engineering education in the Netherlands university of applied science,which found:the Netherlands applied science university based their training objective on a systematical competency model;tailored their curriculum according to the characteristics of engineering vocation and students;based their education approach on task and internship in a progressive way.
