龙王沟煤矿61617工作面巷道片帮机理与稳定性控制研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究大断面全煤掘进过程的煤壁片帮机理及控制技术对煤矿的安全稳定生产具有重要的意义。以龙王沟煤矿61617工作面的掘进巷道为研究背景,采用理论分析、FLAC^(3D)数值模拟、现场应用等相互验证结合手段,得出了巷道煤壁片帮机理及锚杆控制非连续性变形控制机理,提出了解决巷道片帮的支护方案。研究表明:在巷道锚杆的支护效果范围附近,围压可以等效为锚杆支护所提供给煤岩体的支护阻力,因而可以通过增加支护使用的锚杆支护阻力的方式,弱化巷道周围煤岩受采动扰动而导致的滑动和张开现象,根据巷道煤壁片帮机理及锚杆控制非连续性变形控制机理,提出针对于龙王沟煤矿61617工作面大断面全煤巷道煤壁片帮的支护方案,现场应用效果良好,经过新的支护方案,巷道片帮问题基本上得以解决,为矿井的安全生产提供了有力的保障。 It is of great significance to study the coal wall caving mechanism and control technology in the process of large section full coal tunneling for the safe and stable production of coal mine.Taking the heading roadway of 61617 working face in Longwanggou Coal Mine as the research background,by means of mutual verification and combination of theoretical analysis,FLAC^(3D) numerical simulation and field application,the mechanism of roadway coal wall caving and discontinuous deformation control of bolt control are obtained,and the support scheme to solve roadway caving is put forward.The research shows that near the support effect range of roadway bolt,the confining pressure can be equivalent to the support resistance provided by bolt support to coal and rock mass.Therefore,the sliding and opening phenomenon of coal and rock around the roadway caused by mining disturbance can be weakened by increasing the support resistance of bolt support.According to the mechanism of roadway coal wall caving and the discontinuous deformation control mechanism of bolt control,a support scheme for the coal wall caving of large section full coal roadway in 61617 working face of Longwanggou Coal Mine is proposed.The field application effect is good.After the new support scheme,the problem of roadway caving is basically solved,which provides a strong guarantee for the safety production of the mine.
