水工衬砌混凝土检测中探地雷达法的应用研究

摘要 无损检测作为保证混凝土结构安全的关键技术,越来越引起工程技术人员的高度重视。文章以水工衬砌混凝土为例,通过对探地雷达无损检测技术特点及其工作原理的分析,应用探地雷达法测试和标识衬砌混凝土内部缺陷、内置钢筋分布、混凝土厚度,并将检测结果与钻芯法对比分析,以识别探地雷达法检测的偏差程度和精确度。研究表明:探地雷达法能够满足工程质量控制要求,检测结果具有较高的精准度和可信度,对工程检测具有较强可行性和有效性。 As a key technology to ensure the safety of concrete structures,nondestructive testing has attracted more and more attention from engineers and technicians.Based on the hydraulic lining concrete as an example,by means of the analysis of characteristics of ground penetrating radar(GPR)and working principle of the nondestructive testing technology,this paper applied the ground penetrating radar(GPR)technique to test and identification of lining concrete internal defects built-in reinforced concrete thickness distribution,and to compare the test results with the method of core analysis,so as to identify the ground penetrating radar(GPR)method to detect the deviation degree and accuracy.The research shows that the GPR method can meet the requirements of engineering quality control,and the detection results have high accuracy and reliability,and has strong feasibility and effectiveness for engineering detection.
