相变材料复合热致变色玻璃夏季隔热性能研究

摘要 热致变色玻璃和相变材料可以随温度变化而改变自身的光学或热学性能,且不额外消耗能源,是可以用于被动式节能理想的智能建筑表皮材料。文章将这两种材料组合,探索其在建筑节能方面的应用潜力。研究利用Fluent软件,对相变材料复合热致变色玻璃在冬冷夏热气候夏季典型天气情况下的隔热性能进行模拟分析,发现新型复合玻璃可表现出明显的隔热效果,从而有效降低空调能耗。相对于普通双层low-e保温玻璃来说,新型复合玻璃可将室内得热量的峰值降低约40%,并能够明显改变峰值出现的时间。另外,新型复合玻璃在晴天工况和阴天工况下的全天室内得热量可比普通双层low-e保温玻璃分别降低35%和49%。 Thermochromic glazing and phase-change materials are capable of changing the optical and thermal properties with temperature,without consuming extra energies.They are therefore ideal smart construction materials for passive building envelopes.In this study,the two materials are integrated into insulation glazing,the energy-saving potential of which is investigated.The thermal performance of the phase-change material integrated thermal chromic glazing in summer in the cold-winter-hot summer climate is simulated with Fluent software.The novel glazing shows prominent thermal performance and reduces cooling demand significantly.Compared to normal double glazing with low-e coatings,the novel triple glazing reduces the heat gain by 40%,and changes the time for peak energy demand.In addition,the heat gain through glazing in sunny day and cloudy day can be reduced by up to 35%and 49%,respectively.
