摘要
文章在评估医院耗材进销存面临的执行价格政策风险和对国家层面有关医用耗材进销存管理政策进行全面梳理的基础上,分析了医院开展医用耗材进销存实时管理的操作难点,并提出了医院开展医用耗材进销存实时管理的参考策略。
Based on the assessment of price policy risks faced by hospital consumables purchase-sales-inventory,the comprehensive review and interpretation of national management policies on medical consumables purchase-sales-inventory,the operational difficulties faced by hospitals in carrying out real-time management of medical consumables purchasing,selling and stocking were analyzed.It analyzes the following operational difficulties faced by hospitals in carrying out real-time management on medical consumables,and proposes references strategies for carrying out real-time management on medical consumables in hospitals.
