The causes of online rumors about public health emergencies and the ways of governance:An analysis based on rumor text

文章以备受关注的突发公共卫生事件为背景,收集下载新浪微博、微信等网络社交平台中突发公共卫生事件相关网络谣言文本内容及"中国裁判文书网"相关案件,归纳主旨要义,并对其类型、真实性等进行分析,发现现代社会背景下网络谣言产生与传播具有新媒体时代独有的特征,因此网络、社会环境以及公众个人是影响突发公共卫生事件网络谣言产生的主要因素,治理需三方协同献力。

Against the background of public health emergencies that have received much attention,this paper collected and downloaded the text of online rumors related to public health emergencies on Sina Weibo,WeChat and other online social platforms and related cases from China JudgmentsOnline,summarized the main points,and identifiedtheir type and authenticity.Ithas been found that the generation and dissemination of online rumors in modern society has unique characteristics in the new media era.Therefore,the network,social environment and the public are the main factors that affect the generation of online rumors on public health emergencies,whosegovernancerequires the concerted efforts of the three parties.
