天水市城乡糖尿病患者健康素养及网络利用现状比较

Comparison of health literacy and network utilization among urban and rural diabetic patients in Tianshui City

目的了解甘肃省天水市城乡糖尿病患者糖尿病健康素养及网络利用的差异,为有针对性地制定糖尿病防制策略提供依据。方法采用分层多阶段抽样方法,对甘肃省天水市410名糖尿病患者开展糖尿病健康素养及网络利用情况的问卷调查。结果共获取城乡糖尿病患者有效问卷各165、245份,糖尿病防治知识总体知晓率为59.0%。城市糖尿病患者的防治知识总体知晓率(65.7%)高于农村糖尿病患者(51.5%,χ^(2)=122.06,P<0.001)。城市糖尿病患者网络利用率(47.3%)高于农村糖尿病患者(32.2%,χ^(2)=9.42,P=0.002)。结论甘肃省天水市糖尿病患者的糖尿病健康素养和网络利用率较低,低收入的农村地区尤为突出,应对农村地区提高网络普及率和利用率,加强利用网络获取糖尿病健康信息行为,进而控制其并发症。

Objective To know about the health literacy and network utilization among urban and rural diabetics in Tianshui City,Gansu Province,so as to provide basis for the targeted formulation of diabetes prevention and treatment strategies.Methods A stratified multistage sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on diabetes health literacy and network utilization among 410 diabetic patients in Tianshui City,Gansu Province.Results A total of 165 and 245 valid questionnaires were obtained from urban and rural diabetic patients,respectively,and the overall awareness rate of diabetes prevention and control knowledge was 59.0%.The overall awareness of prevention and treatment knowledge was higher among urban diabetic patients(65.7%)than among rural diabetic patients(51.5%)(χ^(2)=122.06,P<0.001).Network utilization was also higher among urban diabetic patients(47.3%)than among rural diabetic patients(32.2%)(χ^(2)=9.42,P=0.002).Conclusions The diabetes health literacy and network utilization rates of diabetic patients in Tianshui City,Gansu Province are low,especially in low-income rural areas.It is necessary to improve the network coverage and utilization rates in rural areas,to strengthen the use of network to obtain diabetes health information,and then to control the complications.
