摘要
结合激光焊接工艺技术在车身车间的应用现状,综合分析了激光焊接的工作原理、工艺优势、质量标准与控制思路,重点论述了激光飞行焊、激光钎焊两种基础、主流激光焊接的工艺应用特点、产品设计需求,最后从连接工艺、激光技术、检测技术三个领域的创新发展介绍了激光焊接技术的前瞻动态。
Combined with the application status of laser welding technologies in body shop,this article comprehensively analyzes the working principle,technological advantages,quality standards and control methods of laser welding,emphasizes on elaborating 2 basal laser welding technologies,i.e.laser scanner welding,laser brazing,process application characteristics and product design requirements of mainstream laser welding.Finally,the article introduces the development trends of laser welding technologies from the innovative development of joint process,laser technologies and detection technologies.
