气浮技术在60 JPH乘用车淋雨检测线应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高乘用车淋雨检测线的水质,消除因水质不良导致的淋雨检测线功能丧失,以及因洗车污水残留导致的乘用车表面脏点等质量问题,将气浮技术引入到乘用车淋雨检测线中,用于循环水的净化处理。采用气浮技术进行淋雨检测线水处理,水质可以持续2~3个月符合GB/T 18920—2020标准,可以避免水质导致的质量风险。设备成本降低40%,设备运行成本较滤纸过滤降低87%,水耗较叠片过滤降低84%。气浮技术成功应用于60 JPH的乘用车淋雨检测线水处理,提质降本,具有推广价值。 In order to improve the water quality of the rain test line for passenger cars,eliminate the loss of function of the rain test line due to poor water quality,and eliminate the quality problems such as dirty spots on the surface of passenger cars caused by car washing wastewater residues,air flotation technology is introduced into the rain test line of passenger cars to purify circulating water.Using air flotation technology,the water quality can reach the GB/T 18920—2020 Standards for 2 to 3 months,which can avoid the quality risk caused by the water quality.The equipment cost is reduced by 40%,operating cost of the equipment is reduced by 87%compared with the filter paper filtration,and the water consumption is reduced by 84%compared with the laminated filter equipment.The air flotation technology has been successfully applied to the water treatment of the 60 JPH passenger car rain test line,which reduces the cost and has promotional value.
