摘要
目前白车身焊装行业的常见生产线物料自动输送形式有往复式传输小车、辊床-滑橇输送和辊床随行夹具输送等,对这几种常见形式的结构原理、适用场合及使用要求等加以阐述,并从使用成本、柔性化、传输节拍等角度分析其优势和不足。同时,对近年在业界备受推崇的自动导引运输车的技术和应用现状进行介绍,并对其未来发展稍加分析。
At present,the common forms of automatic conveying of materials on production lines in the Body In White(BIW)welding industry include reciprocating transmission trolley,roller-sledge conveying and roller pallet conveying,etc.This paper expounds the structural principles,applicable occasions and application requirements of these common forms,and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages from the perspectives of cost,flexibility and transmission time,etc.At the same time,this paper introduces the technology and application status of automatic guided transport vehicle,which is highly praised in the industry in recent years,and analyzes its future development.
