谁的创意更具价值--内外部领先用户的对比研究 被引量:5

摘要 用户创意是企业新产品开发过程中的重要资源,揭示不同类型用户的创意价值对企业更好地整合不同类型用户创意、促进新产品开发具有重要意义。本文基于创新重组理论,以手机行业的244个外部用户和67个内部员工为样本,运用同感评估技术和多群组结构方程模型分析方法,实证探索领先用户的创意价值,并对比分析内外部领先创意价值间的差异。结果显示:领先用户特性能够影响用户产生的创意数量及创意质量。在创意的数量和新颖性方面,外部领先用户更具优势,但在创意相关性、可行性及明确性方面,内部领先用户更具优势。本文丰富了领先用户及创意价值的相关研究,揭示了内外部领先用户创意的相对价值,有助于企业更好地进行内外部领先用户创意知识重组,促进新产品的开发。 User creativity is an important resource in the process of firm’s new product development.Revealing the creative value of different types of users is of great significance for firms to better integrate the creativity of different types of users and promote new product development.Based on the Innovation Recombination Theory,using a sample of 244 external users and 66 internal users(users among employees)in the mobile phone industry,this paper empirically explores the creative value of lead users based on Consensus Assessment Technology and multi-group structural equation model analysis method,and further compares and analyzes the differences in the creative value of internal and external lead users.The result shows that lead users have significant influences on the quantity and quality of users’ideas.External lead users have more advantages on the quantity and novelty of ideas,however,internal/embedded lead users have more advantages for the relativity,relevance and specificity.The paper enriches the research stream of lead users and idea valuation,reveals the relative value of internal and external lead users’idea and helps firms to better recombine internal and external lead users`knowledge which will promote the new products development better.
