补骨脂及其活性成分在口腔疾病中的研究进展

Research progress of psoralea corylifolia and its active components in oral diseases

补骨脂是传统的补肾助阳的中药,其用途非常广泛,且具有不易产生耐药性等优点,因此经常被应用在临床复方制剂中。研究表明,补骨脂不仅具有抗炎的作用、抑制骨吸收、促进骨形成、防治骨质疏松的作用,还具有抗癌活性,并能提高机体免疫系统的功能,在多种疾病的发生发展中起到了至关重要的作用。因此,补骨脂得到了越来越多的关注,国内外学者对补骨脂的研究也越来越深入。近年来有研究发现补骨脂在口腔疾病中也有多方面的用途。本文就补骨脂及其活性成分(补骨脂的主要成分为:补骨脂素、异补骨脂素、补骨脂异黄酮、补骨脂酚等)在口腔疾病中发挥的调节作用进行综述,具体方面如下:补骨脂对口腔内牙周等组织的抗炎作用、对口腔癌等的抗肿瘤作用、对颌骨等的抗骨质疏松作用和对口腔颌面头颈部等部位的免疫调节作用,以期为口腔新药的研发和应用提供新的研究思路。

The psoralea corylifolia is a traditional Chinese medicine,which has the effect of reinforcing kidney. It has a wide range of uses and a lot of advantages such as no drug resistance and so forth,so it is often used in Chinese medicine formulae. Research shows that psoralea corylifolia not only has anti-inflammatory effect that inhibits bone absorption,promotes bone formation and prevents osteoporosis,but also has anti-tumor activity that improves the function of immune system and plays a vital role in the occurrence and development of many diseases. Therefore,psoralea corylifolia has received more and more attention,and scholars at home and abroad have made more and more in-depth research on psoralea corylifolia. In recent years,it has been found that psoralea corylifolia has many uses in oral diseases. This paper reviews the regulatory role of psoralea corylifolia and its active components(the main components of psoralea corylifolia are psoralen,isopsoralen,psoralen isoflavone,psoralen phenol,etc.)in oral diseases,and the specific aspects are as follows: psoralea corylifolia has anti-inflammatory effect on oral periodontal tissues,anti-tumor effect on oral cancer,anti osteoporosis effect on jaw and immune regulation effect on oral and maxillofacial head and neck. It aims to provide new research ideas for the development and application of new oral drugs.
