早期护理干预对妇科腹腔镜术后患者腹胀的效果

Effect of early nursing intervention on abdominal distension after gynecological laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨早期护理干预对妇科腹腔镜患者手术后腹胀的治疗效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年4月内蒙古自治区人民医院妇科收治的腹腔镜手术患者88例,随机分为对照组和观察组各44例。对照组给予常规妇科腹腔镜手术后护理,观察组则给予早期护理干预。比较两组患者术后腹胀发生率、肠鸣音恢复及肛门排气时间。结果观察组患者腹胀发生率为22.73%,低于对照组的59.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者肠鸣音恢复及肛门排气时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科腹腔镜手术后患者进行早期护理干预可明显减轻患者腹胀症状,缩短患者肛门排气时间,促进患者术后尽快恢复,在妇科临床护理中取得了良好效果,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of early nursing intervention on abdominal distension after gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods From January 2018 to April 2019, 88 patients with laparoscopic surgery treated in the Department of Gynecology of People’s Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing after gynecological laparoscopic surgery,and the observation group was given early nursing interventions. The incidence rate of postoperative abdominal distension,recovery time of bowel sounds and anal exhaust time were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of abdominal distension in the observation group was 22.73%,which was lower than 59.09% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The recovery time of bowel sounds and anal exhaust time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Early nursing intervention for patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery could significantly reduce the symptoms of abdominal distension,shorten the time of anal exhaust,and promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible. It had achieved good results in gynecological clinical nursing,which was worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
