摘要
为了解决皮革市场现代物流模式配送效率低、成本高、信息化水平不足的问题,分析了数字化背景下物流管理的特点,对现代物流模式暴露的问题有针对性地提出了 7项优化策略,以期通过修正发展模式、构建诚信指标、挖掘信息价值、整合共享数据、加强内部交流、增强服务理念等措施为皮革市场现代物流模式的发展提供优化方向,为皮革企业的产品销售提供助力,间接提升皮革企业在市场中的竞争力.
In order to solve the problems of low distribution efficiency,high cost and insufficient information level of modern logistics model in leather market,the characteristics of logistics management were analyzed under the digital background,and seven optimization strategies for the problems exposed by modern logistics model were put forward.It is aimed to provide optimization direction for the development of modern logistics model in leather market by modifying the development model,building integrity indicators,mining information value,integrating data,strengthening internal communication and enhancing service concept.Thus providing assistance for the product sales of leather enterprises and indirectly improving the competitiveness of leather enterprises in the market.
