护理信息化体系对健康教育知晓率的影响

Influence of nursing information system on health education awareness rate

目的探讨护理信息化体系对健康教育知晓率的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2019年6月相关科室工作情况作为对照组,共选取患者60例,护理人员20名;2019年7月开始实施护理信息化体系,选取2019年7月至2019年12月相关科室工作情况作为研究组,共选取患者60例,护理人员20名。对照组实施优质护理服务管理,研究组实施护理信息化体系。比较两组患者对护理的满意度、护理人员的护理质量、患者对健康教育知晓率。结果研究组对陪护、巡视病房、态度、技术的满意度均高于对照组,技术操作、护理文书书写、基础护理操作的合格率均高于对照组,入院告知、医院制度、心理护理、饮食注意事项、疾病康复知识、服药指导知识、疾病相关知识、自理能力训练、复诊指标等健康教育知晓率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理信息化体系应用在临床优质护理服工作中,护理质量、患者满意度有很大提升,护理工作科学性更强,有助于提高患者对健康教育知识的知晓程度,促进护理服务更加优质,值得临床借鉴、学习。

Objective To explore the influence of nursing information system on the awareness rate of health education.Methods From January to June 2019,60 patients and 20 nursing staffs were selected as the control group.The nursing information system was implemented in July,and the work situation of relevant departments from July 2019 to December 2019 was selected as the research group,with a total of 60 patients and 20 nursing staffs.The control group implemented quality nursing service management,while the research group implemented nursing information system.The nursing satisfaction,nursing quality and awareness rate of health education were compared between the two groups.Results The research group had higher satisfaction with escort,ward tour,attitude and technique than the control group,and the qualified rate of technical operation,nursing document writing and basic nursing operation was higher than that of the control group.The awareness rates of health education such as admission notification,hospital system,psychological nursing,dietary precautions,disease rehabilitation knowledge,medication guidance knowledge,disease-related knowledge,self-care ability training and return visit indicators were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of nursing information system in clinical high-quality nursing service has greatly improved the nursing quality and patients'satisfaction,and the nursing work is more scientific,which helps to improve patients'knowledge of health education and promote better nursing service,which is worthy of clinical reference and learning.
