补虚逐瘀法结合穴位针灸对老年冠心病患者便秘的影响

Effect of tonifying deficiency and removing blood stasis combined with acupoint moxibustion on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and constipation

目的探讨补虚逐瘀法结合穴位针灸对老年冠心病患者便秘的影响。方法选取海安市中医院2018年5月至2019年5月收治的老年冠心病便秘患者126例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各63例。对照组实施穴位针灸,观察组在对照组的基础上结合补虚逐瘀汤治疗。对比两组对便秘疗效、心电图疗效及心脏不良事件的发生率。结果观察组治疗便秘的总有效率明显高于对照组,观察组心电图总有效率明显高于对照组,观察组排便时心脏不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对老年冠心病便秘患者实施补虚逐瘀法结合穴位针灸可有效提升其心功能,改善便秘症状,并可降低排便时心脏不良事件的发生概率。

Objective To explore the effect of tonifying deficiency and removing blood stasis combined with acupoint acupuncture on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and constipation.Methods A total of 126 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and constipation admitted to Hainan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from tonifying deficiency and removing blood stasis May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 63 cases in each group.Acupuncture and moxibustion were performed in the control group.The observation group was treated with tonifying deficiency and removing blood stasis on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,electrocardiogram effect and incidence of adverse cardiac events were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of constipation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of ECG in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiac events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of tonifying deficiency and removing blood stasis acupuncture point acupuncture for patients with elderly coronary heart disease constipation can effectively improve their heart function,improve constipation symptoms and reduce the incidence of cardiac adverse e-vents during defecation.It is worth promoting.
