同伴支持教育联合信息技术平台的综合干预对社区糖尿病患者血糖控制的效果

Effect of comprehensive intervention of peer support education combined with information technology platform on blood glucose control in community diabetic patients

目的探讨同伴支持教育联合信息技术平台的综合干预在社区糖尿病患者血糖控制的效果。方法 2018年8月采用随机抽样方法抽取广东省深圳市福田区76家社区健康服务中心糖尿病患者618例(其中干预组338例, 对照组280例), 进行为期1年的同伴支持教育和以信息技术平台为基础的综合干预, 分析两组糖尿病患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血糖控制达标率、血脂等生化指标、体格检查指标及相关知识、态度和行为KAP量表、生活质量量表(KF-6S)及幸福感指数量表(WHO-5), 评价干预措施的效果。结果糖尿病患者干预组的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白明显低于对照组, 血糖控制达标率、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)明显高于对照组, 体重指数(BMI)、超重率及肥胖率明显降低, KAP率、KF-6S、WHO-5评分明显升高, 差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论同伴支持教育及信息交流网络的综合干预方法有利于糖尿病患者血糖控制, 同伴支持教育与信息交流平台相结合在糖尿病防治效果中有着显著作用, 适用于糖尿病患者的健康教育管理。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention of peer support education combined with information technology platform on blood glucose control in community diabetic patients.Methods In August 2018,618 diabetic patients(338 in the intervention group and 280 in the control group)were randomly selected from 76 community health service centers in Futian District,Shenzhen,Guangdong Province,and received 1-year peer support education and comprehensive intervention based on information technology platform.Fasting blood glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAl c),blood lipid and other biochemical indexes and physical examination indexes were analyzed.The blood glucose control rate of the two groups was compared.The scores of Knowledge,Attitude and Practice Scale(KAP),Quality of Life Scale(KF-6S)and Well-Being Index Scale(WHO-5)were compared.Results The fasting blood glucose and HbAlc of patients in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the standard glucose control rate and high density lipoprotein(HDL)were significantly higher than those in the control group.The body mass(BMI),overweight rate and obesity rate in the intervention group were significantly lower,and the KAP rate,KF-6s and WHO-5 score were significantly higher,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The comprehensive intervention method of peer support education and information exchange network is beneficial to the blood glucose control of diabetes patients.The combination of peer support education and information exchange platform plays a significant role in the prevention and treatment of diabetes,which is suitable for the health education management of diabetes patients.
