对东风454拖拉机空气滤清器的堵塞预警研究

Research on The Blockage Warning of Dongfeng 454 Tractor Air Cleaner

进入拖拉机柴油机空气质量的好坏直接影响柴油机的使用寿命。根据改进后的东风454空气滤清器出现的堵塞问题,设计了一款提醒驾驶员的预警装置,针对正常、异常、解除异常三种工况设计了工作逻辑,模拟实验均稳定、可靠,可以及时提醒拖拉机驾驶员更换堵塞的空气滤芯,有效保护发动机,延长发动机的使用寿命,降低维修成本。

The air quality of diesel directly affects the service life of the engine when go into the tractor power source.According to the improved Dongfeng 454 air filter problems,we design a warning device to remind the driver.The working logic is designed for normal,abnormal and abnormal conditions.That can timely remind the tractor driver to replace the blocked air filter,in order to protect the engine effectively,prolong the service life of the engine,and reduce the cost of maintenance.
