Trailing the Elderly Hypertensive Patients with Self-care Ability and the Influence Factors of Research

目的了解随迁老人高血压患者自我护理能力的现状及其影响因素,为改善随迁老人高血压患者自我护理能力提供新的理论参考依据。方法采用系统抽样法,选取宁夏银川市205例随迁老人高血压患者作为研究对象,采用问卷调查的形式、结合汉化修正版自我护理能力评估量表(ASAS-R-C),对研究对象的自我护理能力的现状进行调查。结果本次调查研究对象的自我护理能力总得分为(41.82±5.71)分。城乡居住、随迁时间、可自由支配月金额、规律服用降压药物在高血压患者自我护理能力总分方面差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。邻里关系、家庭关系、焦虑在高血压患者自我护理能力总分方面差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。可自由支配月金额、患病年限、规律服用降压药物以及焦虑、家庭关系、邻里关系为随迁老人高血压患者自我护理水平的危险因素(P均<0.05)。结论生活方式及精神心理因素能够影响随迁老人高血压患者血压变化,改变不合理的饮食结构及生活方式,缓解焦虑能有效控制血压,提高自我护理能力。

Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of self-care ability of elderly patients with hypertension,so as to provide a new theoretical reference for improving the self-care ability of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods Systematic sampling was used to select 205 elderly hypertensive patients in Yinchuan city,Ningxia,as the research objects. The form of questionnaire survey,combined with the Chinese version of the revised self-care ability assessment scale(ASAS-R-C),was used to assess the self-care ability of the research subjects Investigate the status quo. Results The total score of the self-care ability of the survey subjects was(41.82±5.71)points. There was a statistically significant difference in the total score of self-care ability of hypertensive patients in the total score of self-care ability of patients with hypertension in the total score of the self-care ability of patients with hypertension in terms of living time,freely disposable monthly amount,length of illness,and regular use of antihypertensive drugs(P all<0.05). Neighbor relationship,mental stress,family relationship,and anxiety have statistically significant differences in the total score of self-care ability of hypertensive patients(P all<0.05). The risk factors of the self-care level of the elderly with hypertension were the amount of disposable month,years of illness,regular use of antihypertensive drugs,anxiety,family relationship and neighborhood relationship(P all<0.05). Conclusion Lifestyle and mental psychological factors can affect the blood pressure changes of elderly hypertensive patients with migration,change unreasonable diet and lifestyle,relieve anxiety,and effectively control blood pressure and improve self-care ability.
