高龄老人失能分级量表构建的必要性和可行性探究

近年我国人口老龄化态势逐渐加剧,随着人们年龄的增长,失能率也将会明显上升。高龄化的上升将会提高失能者的比例,而高龄老人失能分级量表作为失能评估、辅具适配、照护服务方面的一个重要评价指标,具有重要的构建意义。文章将从我国老龄化发展趋势及人群特征出发,结合国内外学者对于失能分级量表的研究现状,探究基于《国际功能、疾病和健康分类》(ICF)基本功能框架建立高龄老人失能分级量表的必要性和可行性。

In recent years,the aging of our country's population has gradually intensified.As people age,the disability rate will also increase significantly.The rise of aging will increase the proportion of disabled persons,and the disability grading scale for the elderly,as an important evaluation index in disability assessment,assistive device adaptation,and grading of care needs,has important constructive significance.This article will start from the development trend of aging in my country and the characteristics of the population,combined with the current research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the disability grading scale,and explore the establishment of the disability grading of the elderly based on the basic functional framework of the International Classification of Functions,Diseases and Health(ICF)The necessity and feasibility of the scale.
