重卡驾驶舱加装空调的遥控器设计研究

摘要 文章研究设计适合重卡驾驶舱的加装空调遥控器方案,提高操控效率与驾驶安全性。分析重卡加装空调与驾控系统以及自带空调的关系,明确使用定位。通过对重卡驾驶人员的使用环境特点与操控要求的研究,结合重卡加装空调所具有的功能,尝试得出合理的输入输出端设计。研究类比轿车空调的设计特点,明确使用定位与安装结构形式,最后综合以上研究分析,形成重卡加装遥控器的设计标准。通过分析得出三种安装形式结构,针对其特点设计得出多个有效易用方案,为重卡加装空调的遥控器设计开发提供参考。 Design and research a solution for installing an air-conditioning remote control suitable for heavy truck cockpits to improve control efficiency and driving safety.Analyze the relationship between the installation of air-conditioning on heavy trucks,the driving control system and the built-in air-conditioning system,and clarify the positioning of the use.Through the research on the use environment characteristics and control requirements of heavy-duty truck drivers,combined with the functions of the heavy-duty trucks equipped with air conditioning,an attempt was made to arrive at a reasonable input and output terminal design.Study the design characteristics of analog car air conditioners,clarify the use of positioning and installation structure,and finally combine the above research and analysis to form a design standard for heavy trucks with remote controls.Through analysis,three types of installation structures are obtained,and multiple effective and easy-to-use solutions are designed according to their characteristics,which provide a reference for the design and development of the remote control of heavy trucks with air conditioners.
